We are currently seeking participants who have experienced burnout.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED BURNOUT
We are seeking individuals who have had a recent burnout experience.
In particular, we are seeking individuals who at the time of their burnout experience were:
18 years of age or older
Working at least part-time in a professional sector
*Please note, you do not need to be currently working
to qualify for the study.
I KNOW SOMEONE WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED
We welcome any referrals for study participation.

STUDY DESIGN
What to expect from your participation.
INTERVIEW STUDY
We will be conducting semi-structured interviews with individuals. We also ask individuals to complete a brief creative exercise prior to their interview to get those juices going!
COMMITMENT
Given the unique nature of individual experience, interview lengths will vary. We expect the conversation to take approximately 60 minutes but will always be respectful of your time!
ONLINE / TELEPHONE
In line with social distancing guidelines, interviews will be conducted by telephone or web-based conferencing software
(e.g. Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp) at a time convenient to you.
IMPACT
The findings from this study will be published in a doctoral thesis and will inform policy and practice around the management of burnout, particularly in the post-burnout period.
